Upon entering the villa on the ground floor you will find the modern living area, which with its high double volume ceiling makes it light and airy. In the living area you will find a flat screen TV with Easy Vision( 21 english channels and the ability to plug in your own hard drive or USB and watch your own movies), DVD player and the wood burning fireplace. From the living area are patio doors leading out onto the large patio area outside.

Connected to the living room on the ground floor is the kitchen/dining area. The fully equipped modern kitchen has solid wood doors and garniture worktop surfaces and incorporates fridge/freezer with ice maker, 4 ring hob and electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, cafetieres and a toaster. The dining area seats 8 and has a book case with a book collection at your disposal. From the dining area the patio doors that lead outside to the large patio area and the swimming pool.

Further on the ground floor you will find the first bedroom of the villa. This double bedroom has en suite shower room and direct access onto the patio area. A separate cloakroom can be found on the ground floor.

On the lower ground floor is the second bedroom of the villa. This twin bedroom also features an en suite shower room. Furthermore you will find the utility room where a washing machine is available. Also available is an iron and ironing board.

On the intermediate floor you will find the third bedroom. As with the second bedroom this is a twin bedroom featuring an en suite shower room.

Moving up onto the landing of the first floor you can look down onto the living area, the landing is equipped with a small table and a few chairs. On the first floor you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms of the villa.

The master bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom and direct access to the large balcony with amazing sea and mountain views.

On the balcony area you will find garden chairs and tables to enjoy the view of the sunset and the amazing views.

Sharing the large balcony area with the master bedroom is another double bedroom. This bedroom also has en suite shower room. The last bedroom of the villa is a further double bedroom with en suite shower room. This bedroom also has the luxury of a flat screen TV. Further to this bedroom is a small balcony where you can stand and enjoy the amazing mountain and sea views.

There is air conditioning and central heating throughout the villa so the property can be enjoyed all year round. 3 hairdryers are available at the villa plus 2 baby cots can be provided on request. A highchair and stair gates are available on request for a small fee (see rental rates). This villa also offers the luxury of pool towels being provided.

The villa has the luxury of a wireless internet connection.

Outside at the front of the villa there is a private off road parking; shaded parking for 1 car and further unshaded parking area for 4 cars. To the back of the villa you will find the private 17m x 4m heated infinity pool with walk in steps. The swimming pool was designed for the guests to enjoy diving into the pool and is therefore featuring a depth of 1m to 2.5m. Further to the swimming pool the villa also features outside a Jacuzzi. At the side of the villa you will find a small lawned area and the large patio area features plenty of sun beds for you to enjoy the Cypriot sun. There is a built in barbecue just outside the dining area and underneath the wooden pergola and at the shaded area underneath the balcony you will find plenty of garden chairs and table to enjoy the al-fresco experience.

From the outdoor area the villa enjoys breathtaking sea and mountain views and unforgettable sunsets.

Location - Paphos, Aphrodite Hills

Aphrodite Hills is the first golf, leisure and real estate complex on the island. It stretches across a whopping 234 hectares of land, divided by two plateaux, East and West.

The award winning resort plays host to a range of facilities and activities, all designed to keep the whole family entertained, invigorated and relaxed during your holiday. These include championship standard golf course, European Tennis academy, World renowned Health spa, gymnasium, shops, restaurants, doctor's surgery, bank and bars all in a traditional Cypriot setting. The Resort Village, Golf Club House and Intercontinental Hotel bars and restaurants have many different styles of food and provide excellent service and facilities.

The Aphrodite Hills village square is where all of the facilities, activities and venues are on resort. Events take place here regularly, including markets, dancing, local bands and activities for the children including open-air cinema, live shows and musical productions. There are many activities for children including a playground for both younger and older children plus an aerial rope and mini golf. There are two kids clubs, based in the Intercontinental Hotel that provide childcare for 3-12 year olds and a creche in the village square for babies 6 - 35 months. There are also facilities for the teens that have their own full day programmes and a special Grotto club with pool, table football, computer games and soft drinks.

The nearest beach to Aphrodite Hills is within 2 kms away named ‘The Cove', this beach is maintained by the resort and offers sunbeds, umbrellas and a snack bar which is open during the summer months. Taking the coastal road towards Limassol is Petra Tou Roumiou (Aphrodites Rock) probably the most photographed spot on the island. This narrow pebble beach with its rocky entrance into the sea extends both east and west of the rock.

The resort is conveniently situated approximately 16kms from Paphos International Airport approximately 80kms from Larnaca airport, very close to motorway links from both. There are traditional villages nearby including Kouklia to the west, a quiet, traditional Cypriot village about a 10-minute drive from Aphrodite Hills. It offers some good local restaurants, events in the summer, all set in the tranquil surroundings of this sleepy enclave.

Within a 15 minute drive you will reach the village of Pissouri which extends from the traditional village on the hillside down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea. The beach at Pissouri is the proud recipient of a blue flag award and boasts a shoreline that extends for two kilometres. A handful of informal tavernas and restaurants offering a selection of local and international cuisine are found along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach.

At the heart of the hillside village of Pissouri (4 kms inland from the bay) is the charming pedestrianised square with a good array of tavernas and restaurants. A bank, post office, mini market and delicatessen are also found in the village. During the summer months a traditional Cypriot night takes place in the traffic free square, with the dancing and music enjoyed by visitors and locals alike.

A 15 minute drive west will bring you to the town of Paphos with its heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area. On entering Paphos on the coastal road you will find ‘Geroskipou' which is convenient for banks, bakeries and local convenience stores.
